In the ever-evolving landscape of professional careers, the transition from a structured corporate environment to the dynamic world of consulting can be a revelation in many ways. My personal journey through this transition unveiled a profound truth about learning and growth: the real acceleration in learning occurs not just through acquisition of knowledge, but crucially, through the courage to apply it in real-time situations. This realization became my guiding principle as I navigated my new role as a leader in a consulting function.
